What to expect – your role with impact
* You will develop and implement complex, system-level software solutions – from technical analysis through design and implementation to production
* In doing so, you actively contribute your understanding of system interdependencies, interfaces, and scalability to software development and play a key role in shaping the technical implementation of our applications
* You actively work on developing software solutions, structuring code and components, making technical design decisions, and ensuring that our solutions are stable, maintainable, and future-proof
* You will pragmatically incorporate architectural considerations into the development process to build high-quality software
What you bring to the table—both professionally and personally
* You have several years of experience in software development and are proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or C#)
* You enjoy not only using systems but also actively building, structuring, and further developing them
* You have an understanding of software and system architectures (e.g., modular applications, services, interfaces, cloud environments), but view architecture as part of good development work
* Ideally, you have had initial practical exposure to AI-based solutions, data processing, or automation and would like to delve deeper into these topics
* You work pragmatically, analytically, and in a solution-oriented manner, communicate complex technical content clearly, and enjoy working in a team
* You have experience in requirements management, creating requirements and specifications, as well as with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and agile methods, and possess very good German and good English skills
