Skeelz is supporting one of its partner clients, a key European player in the B2B SaaS industry. As part of a group-wide structuring project, the company is looking for a General Manager to lead one of its German entities (role based in Chemnitz, with a hybrid remote policy). Find out more about the position below ! This is a unique opportunity to lead a mid-sized B2B tech company through a period of transformation. You’ll have full P&L ownership, lead a cross-functional team, and play a key role in the future shape of the business, while benefiting from the support and strategic vision of a strong European group. Scope 1) Stabilize the business (maintain current revenue & EBITDA) - Quickly build an understanding of the client portfolio and key accounts - Lead operational teams to deliver a high standard of service and client satisfaction - Design and implement retention strategies for core clients (particularly high-revenue accounts) - Over time, assess opportunities for client upsell and additional client acquisition once the business is stabilized 2) Drive operational excellence & transformation - Optimize internal processes, team workflows, and overall delivery efficiency - Ensure continuity and performance of the current platform (stabilized but still evolving) 3) Lead & inspire the team - Directly manage ~8 team leads across product, engineering, sales, and operations - Build trust and engagement across the entire organization, especially after a period of change - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and focus - Serve as a key bridge between local teams and group-level initiatives Ideal profile - Minimum 5–8 years of experience as General Manager or Head of Business Unit, with P&L ownership and cross-functional leadership - Track record in B2B environment, in tech or service industry - Strong team leadership and transformation capabilities - Comfort with ambiguity and evolving organizational contexts - Full professional fluency in German and English Recruitment process 1.
