This role is not just about managing a project – it is about building it from the groundup. YOUR TASKS AS BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (ALL GENDERS)
* The main activities consist in expanding the relationship with new customers by focusing on projectexcellence, client management, and overseeing Manufacturing Engineering activities
* Developing operational procedures, manpower, material, deadlines, plans
* Collaborate with various departments and teams to implement new projects with broader companygoals, ensuring effective communication and coordination
* Create comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance withrelevant regulations and standards
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders, gathering input and building relationships crucialfor the projects’ success
* Utilize project management best practices to oversee the program's development from conceptionto launch, ensuring milestones are met efficiently and effectively
QUALIFICATIONS
* You possess a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or related engineering field
* You have 5+ years of experience in aviation in Project Development/ Implementation
* You posses strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and working independently with minimal direction
* You are dedicated to meeting project goals, client satisfaction, staff development, and operational excellence
* You demonstrate excellent German and English language skills, written and verbal
* Computer skills in Google Suite, SAP, Microsoft Office
* You are enthusiastic about occasional domestic and international business travel
