Group Accountant (all genders) with Global Responsibility for Financial Reporting
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Global responsibility for the internal and external reporting of operating expenses and revenues
2. Analysis of the Recon Financials in close collaboration with Corporate Controlling
3. Ensuring the accurate accounting of the income statement and balance sheet items of the Bayer Group
4. Definition and monitoring of the global reporting and delivery strategy
5. Oversight of supporting technologies and process design
6. Ensuring compliant financial reporting and data quality
7. Providing management information and guidelines for all group companies
8. Central point of contact for the respective area of responsibility and responsible for training measures
WHO YOU ARE
9. You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and first relevant professional experience with preference in financial audit.
10. Experience in group reporting and consolidation
11. Enthusiasm for expanding your skills and broadening your horizons
12. Strong analytical and conceptual skills
13. You are a team player with excellent communication skills
14. Self-motivated and detail-oriented in your work
15. You bring flexibility and mobility for international assignments
16. Excellent German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
