The role is based in Lintgen, Luxembourg, and relocation is planned for the end of 2025 to our brand-new Industry 4.0 site in Bissen.

What You Will Do
* Manage SAP projects end-to-end: from planning, execution, go-live, to stabilization.
* Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with business and IT stakeholders.
* Control project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with transparency.
* Identify and mitigate risks/issues impacting delivery.
* Provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders.
* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
* Drive change management and ensure user adoption of new systems.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to learn and improve.
* Lead non-SAP strategic projects across the organization, applying governance and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience managing SAP projects (3–5 years minimum).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Good understanding of business processes and how SAP can optimize them.
* Flexibility to thrive in both SAP and non-SAP project environments.
