Your responsibilities with us:
* Development and implementation of the IT strategy with responsibility for all operational IT areas
* Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the IT team
* Ensuring stable, secure, and future-proof IT operations (infrastructure, applications, IT security)
* Planning, managing, and implementing IT projects and digitization initiatives
* Further developing the IT architecture and actively optimizing business processes
* Selection, management, and control of external service providers and partners with decision-making authority within the framework of the corporate strategy. Ensuring compliance with data protection and security requirements. We are looking for someone who:
* Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the organization and further development of IT structures, ideally in a management position
* In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, application landscapes, and IT security
* Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic action and confident project management
* Experience in motivating teams and supporting change processes
* High level of personal responsibility, decisiveness, and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
