About the Role
In this client-facing position, you’ll work with a dynamic team to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming leads and onboard new clients to drive revenue
2. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
3. Understand client needs and build long-term, trust-based relationships
4. Improve client satisfaction and retention
5. Serve as a reliable point of contact for client inquiries or issues
6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
Your Profile
7. Fluent in German (C2) and English
8. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
9. Proactive and self-driven with a strong interest in business development
10. Previous experience with retail or e-commerce clients is a plus
11. Team-oriented, yet comfortable working independently
12. Excellent time management and organizational skills
