* Develop, review and manage technical documentation, including RAMS, transport and installation procedures, lifting plans, seafastening designs, and load-out documentation.
* Support vessel selection, mobilization, and equipment readiness, managing interfaces with ports, contractors, and logistics partners.
* Collaborate with clients, T&I contractors, and Marine Warranty Surveyors (MWS) to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and certification requirements.
Your profile:
* Degree in Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Min. 3-5 years of experience in offshore/onshore transport and installation, ideally involving WTGs or heavy marine structures.
* Solid understanding of WTG components, lifting operations, and offshore/onshore transport and installation methodologies.
* Proven experience in developing and reviewing technical procedures and coordinating contractors across marine and installation scopes.
* Familiarity with HSE standards, road transportation, vessel operations, and certification processes (e.g., DNV ST-N001, Marine Warranty, ESTA).
* Willingness to travel and provide on-site and offshore support during execution phases.
