Your mission
Would you like to directly influence the future of mobility in Europe?
As Senior IT Workplace Manager (m/f/d) at EDRI, you shape our digital employee experience end to end. Your role goes far beyond classic IT support: you design and run the systems that make workplace IT feel seamless and efficient across our organization.
* Vendor & Asset Management: Own relationships with hardware and service providers, define hardware standards, and manage the full asset lifecycle across 11 countries
* Digital Lifecycle: Partner with HR to build and maintain a seamless Joiner–Mover–Leaver process, ensuring devices are automatically provisioned, configured, and shipped
* IT Workplace Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of IT to define workplace standards, including mobile contracts, hardware, and software, to keep colleagues productive
* Escalation & Expertise: Act as 2nd/3rd level escalation for complex workplace issues that external support cannot resolve
* License Governance: Administer Microsoft 365 and related environments, ensuring transparent and cost-efficient license usage
* Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security standards such as MFA, Conditional Access, and device encryption
* User & Device Management: Own user lifecycle management and device lifecycle management across the organization
Your profile
* You bring at least three years of experience in IT Operations, ideally gained in a scale-up or international company
* You have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune, and knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API is a plus
* You are fluent in English, which is required for this role, and German skills are highly beneficial, especially for vendor negotiations
* You prefer sustainable, automated solutions over quick manual fixes and enjoy building processes that scale
Why us?
* People take centre stage: Become part of a dynamic, ambitious and agile team that develops solutions for the eMobility market and be part of our EDRI events or the next after-work event
* With us, you get the best of both worlds - 100% start-up with the support of a large company
* The freedom you need: We offer you hybrid working with flexible working hours
* Workation: Enjoy the flexibility to work temporarily from abroad – within the EU
* You will receive a competitive salary with a performance-related bonus
* A company pension scheme is of course also one of the benefits with us
* Sustainable learning opportunities: We support you with a training budget of 5,000 euros per year
* You get everything you need to get started: onboarding with welcome gifts and top hardware
