Become part of our team as: Senior Programmatic Manager (all gender) - International Hub Part-time possible (mind. 30h per week) What are your responsibilities? You implement operational programmatic campaigns in the various DSPs and you manage and optimise IO campaigns You create customer journey related programmatic strategies along the entire funnel, from branding to prospecting to retargeting You create digital media plans for programmatic and IO campaigns and work closely with the consultants and ad operations teams You are in close and continuous dialogue with publishers, data providers and technology providers (both nationally and internationally) You develop best practice models and generate insights for always-on optimisation You are a driving force for innovation and further development of programmatic excellence for our customers You are responsible for onboarding new colleagues and are a mentor for juniors What skill set do you bring with you? You have professional experience in set up and optimisation of campaigns in DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, HAWK DSP, Xandr, Google Ads, Taboola, Teads) You have a strong understanding of programmatic full funnel strategies and the use of various campaign management technologies (ad serving, adverification, tracking, analytics) You are confident in the use of data (1st, 2nd, 3rd party), as well as strategic derivation with regard to audience management and targeting You have very good analytical skills and the ability to convey complex issues, especially with regard to various KPIs in the full funnel model and their different interpretations You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel How do we work?
