As a Partner Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for partner acquisition, maintaining partner relationships, and growing indirect sales revenue. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Your mission
1. Build and maintain positive, long-term partner relationships (potential and current).
2. Maintain open and regular communication with partners, collaborate on joint initiatives, and address internal issues or concerns.
3. Support the development of our partner strategy and partner program.
4. Develop new business opportunities with our partners.
5. Negotiate and manage contracts.
6. Generate order income and revenue via partners.
7. Handle initial technical order clarification until handover to Sales Engineering.
8. Collaborate with sales, customer success, product development, and marketing teams to align partner programs with business goals.
Your profile
1. At least 2 years of professional experience as a partner (sales) manager, sales account manager, sales engineer, or relevant role.
2. Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
3. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
4. Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
6. Degree in business administration, sales, industrial engineering, or a relevant field.
