As a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (d/m/w), you will have the exciting opportunity to work in Hamburg, contributing to efficient logistics operations in collaboration with the Outstanding Work Fuselage Team. This position plays a crucial role in managing supply chain logistics for single-aisle aircraft sections, with the focus on ensuring seamless transitions between manufacturing plants and the final assembly line. Interviews for this role are conducted in English, and the position offers a dynamic, full-time environment for skilled individuals passionate about aviation and logistics. Your tasks: Manage escalation processes and unresolved tasks during the transfer of aircraft sections between plants. Process production orders, adjust material requirements, and manage part procurement in SAP. Coordinate shipping activities, transfers, and disposals, including managing special transports as necessary. Monitor component availability in the SAP system and ensure smooth collaboration with the national and international supply officer teams. Handle warehouse management tasks, from goods receipt to storage and delivery, while pursuing continuous improvement initiatives. Document and manage quality issues (non-conformities) within the SAP system. Bring technical insights and analytical skills to efficiently coordinate workflows and meet deadlines. Develop robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels. VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: A vocational training background, such as Logistics Specialist, Wholesale and Foreign Trade, Industrial Clerk, or Freight Forwarding Clerk, with significant professional experience. 2 years of experience in material procurement/disposition and warehouse logistics. 1 year of experience in aviation logistics and two years in process improvement and supply chain management. Strong proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace tools. Fluency in German (business proficiency), strong command of English. Capability to quickly analyze technical processes and derive solutions. Focus on self-directed, structured, and results-oriented work. Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration.
