Your tasks
9. Management and evaluation of supplier offers for hardware and software in close cooperation with the specialist departments (civil and military)
10. Proactive support of suppliers during the entire development process to ensure that the defined requirements are met
11. Monitoring lead times and creating and providing technical documentation for timely release and delivery
12. Supporting the purchasing department in supplier selection and strategic product policy
13. Providing technical advice to program management on operational and strategic decisions
14. Integration of mission systems as well as communication and navigation technology in helicopter platforms
Your profile
15. Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, aerospace or a comparable engineering science (Bachelor/Master)
16. Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) as a design engineer or in the field of engineering/electrical engineering
17. Sound experience in the development and integration of mission systems as well as in communication and navigation technology
18. Experience in the technical management and support of suppliers
19. Confident dealing with internal and external customers and a structured way of working in a team
20. Business fluent in German and English
21. Basic knowledge of helicopter avionics is an advantage
