Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Coordination of Appointments and Events: Organize works meetings, business trips, and training sessions for the works council
2. Administrative Tasks: Handle correspondence, telephone inquiries, and data maintenance
3. Preparation and Follow-up of Works Council Meetings: Efficiently prepare and follow up on meetings, gather necessary information and signatures, and assist in the preparation of other topics
4. Creation of Presentations and Statistics: Support the works council by creating appealing presentations, the works council newsletter, and other documents
5. Travel Planning and Booking: Manage travel planning and booking for works council members, including travel expense accounting
6. Public Relations and Intranet Maintenance: Assist the works council with public relations and maintaining the intranet presence of the committee
7. Process Optimization: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and bring in your ideas
Qualifications:
8. Completed Commercial Training or Working Student: Ideally with at least 3 years of professional experience in an assistant or secretarial role, otherwise business administration student
9. MS Office Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
10. IT Affinity: Ideally experience with modern office communication systems (e.g., Teams)
11. Knowledge of the Works Constitution Act: Or the willingness to further educate yourself in this area
12. Language Skills: Business fluent German and very good English skills
13. Work Style: Independent, structured, and reliable working style
14. Social Competence: High social competence, strong communication skills, and a high level of discretion and confidentiality
