For our exciting Headquaters in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a HR Intern (m/f/x)
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
* Supporting the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process – from job posting and screening to conducting interviews
* Support the HR team in implementing a new time tracking tool – from collecting data, preparing reports to setting up new guidelines
* Taking on the organization and management of administrative HR tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

* successfully completed at least the first four semesters of a relevant study program (e.g., business administration, human resources management, psychology)
* in a gap year between bachelor’s and master’s degree
* gained some initial experience in HR or recruiting
* a precise, structured, and independent way of working and strong (self-) organizational skills
* basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
* a team player, have strong communication skills, and can communicate fluently in German and English
