About the Revenue Team Team Revenue drives the Growth of Gorilla consisting of Marketing, Market Development, Partnerships, and the Sales function. Working collaboratively across the functions, and the regions, we drive Gorillas expansion and growth. Where and how you'd work Our flagship office is in Antwerp. We also have a office in London and co-working spaces in Reading (UK), Austin (US), Melbourne (ANZ). This is a Remote First role based in Europe. You have a choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you. With a focus on the DACH region, you will be expected to travel across the region. The role You will drive our expansion in DACH, one of four key strategic markets for Gorilla. This role is suited to someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, potentially for someone with an ambition to start their own company - you’ll learn a lot about both building a scale-up and executing a go-to-market strategy. We are looking for someone who wants to take charge and play a pivotal role in moving Gorilla from a newcomer in the DACH region to become the market leader, with the market share to prove it. Working closely with the go-to-market and executive teams you will drive our strategy and have a significant input into product development for the market. The role will be focused on generating pipeline and closing deals within a dedicated sales pod consisting of a business development representative, field marketer, and solution consultant, in addition you’ll be further supported by the product, delivery, and executive teams. You will own the territory, being the key voice in defining the territory plan and leading the account planning efforts that enable pipeline generation. You’ll execute on new and existing pipeline adopting a multi-threaded and consultative approach that highlights the value we bring our customers. To enable your success you’ll benefit from a comprehensive tech stack including Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Asana, Salesloft, etc. You would report to Tommy Mörtberg - Head of Sales EMEA. What you'll do in your first 12 months Territory planning within your sales pod and with executive team support - you will clearly define our go to market strategy with quarterly refreshes. Account planning Create a deep understanding of our target customers, their pains, and how we can help them to help tailor our messaging and proposition. Generate pipeline - you’ll work closely with Market Development, Partnerships, and Marketing - setting you up for a hugely successful 2026 and beyond with a target of driving at least 2mn in new pipeline in 2025. Drive new business ARR execute on existing pipeline deals, spot opportunities with existing customers for up- and cross-sell opportunities - 2025 target €500k, with ramp over the next few years as we establish our market presence. You’ll also get an opportunity to work on deals within the wider European market as they arise. Evangelize the product - Be the face of Gorilla in the DACH market, attend key networking events and expos, speak at conferences, moderate panels/webinars, and assist in creating and delivering thought leadership. What you'll need Complex enterprise SaaS sales - with experience closing deals of €500,000 and up and launching new markets Entrepreneurial mindset - a problem solving approach to overcoming challenges through creative thinking, grit, collaboration and iteration Strategic focus - You are comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and key contributor in shaping our value proposition and product offering. You are skilled in territory and account planning and managing key milestones. Language - You are a business fluent German speaker with impeccable English as well.
