Key Responsibilities
* Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.
* Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
* Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
* Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
* Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
* Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
* Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
* Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
* Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
