Your Impact
As Procurement Manager - Fresh Produce Sourcing, you'll be at the heart of supplier strategy and category development, driving both tactical execution and strategic initiatives across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key fresh produce categories.
* Build and nurture supplier relationships across a global network.
* Lead supplier communications including claims, fulfilment, and performance.
* Manage tactical procurement activities including stock evaluation and ordering.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to deliver commercial value.
* Champion supplier development and continuous improvement.
* Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the European region.
What You Bring
Essential:
* Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within food, agriculture, or FMCG .
* Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
* Hands-on experience in tactical procurement (ordering, claims, stock control).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate market dynamics.
Desirable:
* Experience in fresh produce sourcing is a strong advantage.
