As part of our German expansion, we are launching a Pop-Up Store in Munich to connect directly with collectors and fans, offering exclusive trading cards, authentic memorabilia, and merchandise from leading sports leagues. The store is a premium destination and community hub, providing an immersive brand experience.
Your Responsibilities
As Retail Store Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the store’s performance, team leadership, and operations .
* Lead and develop a team of supervisors and retail staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
* Manage store performance including sales, KPIs, budgets, labour planning, and stock control
* Deliver a premium customer experience, including events, launches, and promotional campaigns
* Oversee daily operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
* Report performance and insights to senior leadership and represent FANATICS with key stakeholders
Your Profile
* Retail management experience, ideally within sports, collectibles, or lifestyle retail
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and store performance
* Confident team leader with the ability to motivate and develop staff
* Analytical, organised, and customer-focused
* Passion for sports, trading cards, or memorabilia is an advantage
Language Requirement
English – Proficient (mandatory)
Interviews will be conducted in English.
