What You’ll Do:
* Handle incoming requests from customers (email, phone, chat) in a friendly, professional manner
* Assist with order management, delivery tracking, invoicing, and returns
* Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer operations
* Identify recurring issues and help us improve our processes
* Be a key player in providing a positive customer experience
What You Bring:
* Native-level French + fluent English (both written and spoken)
* Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role
* Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
* Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office tools
