Your Responsibilities
* Architect and develop high-quality frontend solutions using modern frontend frameworks
* Deploy,operateand monitor frontends in production environments and ensure their stability
* Lead the implementation of new features and user interfaces from concept to deployment
* Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, interactive experiences
* Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical direction for the frontend team
* Mentor junior developers and conduct meaningful code reviews
* Optimize application performance, load times, and overall user experience
* Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure code quality and stability
* Research and evaluate new technologies and approaches to improve our development stack
* Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontends with API services
* Work closely with devops engineers to build and improve CI/CD pipelines and monitoring services
* Contribute to technical planning and product strategy discussions
Your Profile
* 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development
* Advanced proficiency with modern JavaScript and TypeScript
* Expert knowledge of React (or Vue/Angular) and state management solutions
* Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks/preprocessors as well as component libraries and design systems
* Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
* Familiarity with accessibility best practices
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
* Knowledge of frontend build tools, package managers, and version control systems
* Familiarity with deployment tooling, CI/CDpipelinesand monitoring solutions
* Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
* Experience with automated testing methodologies for frontend applications
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
