You independently develop design concepts, translate ideas into sketches and collections, and ensure that every product meets the brand's high standards of quality and design.

* Several years of experience in design, ideally with a focus on menswear, complemented by a design degree
* Creativity and a strong sense for materials, fits, trends, and functionality
* Strong skills in creating sketches, developing collections, and turning concepts into products
* Ability to manage design processes in a structured way while developing innovative concepts
* Strong attention to detail, and technical understanding
