You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide to deliver impactful initiatives that support sustainability, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. AI-driven transformation of global supplier management processes through the integration of advanced digital tools and AI technologies to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Design and optimization of supplier management data streams, including data integration strategies, Supplier Data Lake utilization, and end-to-end data management for scalable process improvement.

Cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management across Supplier Quality Development (SQD), Resilience, Sustainability, and related functions to ensure seamless process integration and governance.

Leadership and execution of supplier management transformation initiatives, including the development and implementation of scalable solutions to address complex business challenges.

Development and implementation of strategic supplier management frameworks focused on quality, sustainability, resilience, and supplier performance.

Continuous innovation and value creation within supplier management, driving measurable business impact and long-term operational effectiveness.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with extensive professional experience

Long-standing experience in supplier management, strategic procurement, quality management, and supply chain resilience

Expertise in AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions for transformation, innovation, and digitalization in supplier management

Strong capability in managing, integrating, and optimizing end-to-end supplier management data streams and digital tool landscapes

Advanced analytical, conceptual, and project management skills with a results-oriented approach to complex, global business challenges

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in matrix organizations, with fluent English and additional languages, especially German, as an advantage
