The Senior Counsel, Cytiva EMEA will provide Legal support across multiple Cytiva Operating Companies based out of our office in Amersham (UK), Freiburg (Germany), Basel or Fribourg (Switzerland). Applying legal and business judgment to proposed deals, relationships and other issues requiring legal or compliance attention
Supporting initiatives of the COO with a focus on continuous improvement activities in the Commercial space
Providing legal & compliance training to the business, Legal support to certain manufacturing sites in region
Managing disputes and litigation, outside counsel to defined budgets when brought in to assist and provide region legal support to other parts of Cytiva and Danaher on an ad hoc basis
English and German language proficiency essential.
strong project management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
