This role is ideal for a highly strategic enterprise seller who thrives in complex, consultative sales cycles and enjoys building a territory from the ground up. Your Mission You will take full ownership of enterprise new business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, focusing on strategic accounts and large transformation initiatives. Support functions are all present, German speaking, and bring a varied impressive experience. What You'll Do Enterprise New Business Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close Identify, prioritise and develop a strategic DACH territory plan Build pipeline through targeted outbound and partner collaboration Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes Strategic Account Development Engage senior decision makers across IT, architecture and digital transformation teams Position the platform within initiatives such as: cloud modernisation real-time data and analytics event-driven and microservices architectures integration and API ecosystems Orchestrate internal resources including solution engineering and executives Drive large, multi-year enterprise agreements Market Presence Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings Provide feedback from the DACH market to influence GTM strategy Ideal Background: Enterprise Sales Track Record Significant experience selling complex enterprise software into DACH History of consistently exceeding new business targets Comfortable navigating long and consultative sales cycles Relevant Technology Exposure Experience selling one or more of: Integration / middleware platforms Messaging, streaming or data technologies Cloud or SaaS infrastructure API, microservices or distributed systems solutions Stakeholder Engagement Proven ability to sell to CIO, CTO and enterprise architecture leaders Strong value-based and consultative selling approach Fluent German and English Why This Role Stands Out: Strategic greenfield territory ownership Highly Competitive Sales Benefits ( Stocks) Package Exceptional teammates Real-life balance Flexibility first Always growing Keep it light Creativity encouraged
