We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Polymers team as an intern. As a Polymers intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting pad print equipment upgrades, 5S initiatives, and fixture and workstation design within the Injection Molding Department. This role offers exposure to automation retrofits, problem-solving, and practical design work while contributing to real production improvements. In this role, you will support projects related to pad print equipment improvements, including retrofitting existing automation to accommodate a new ink cup system. You will assist with installing and troubleshooting components across multiple automation platforms, each requiring customized solutions, while also contributing to 5S efforts and SolidWorks-based fixture and station design.
