Tasks
* Own and ship end-to-end features – from API design and data models to polished UIs and production monitoring.
* Build scalable backend APIs in Python/FastAPI
* Ship high-quality frontends using Next.js (React, TypeScript) + TanStack (Query/Router).
* Design and evolve agent workflows in LangChain/LangGraph that are robust, observable, and debuggable (not just prompt hacks)
* Work with both structured and unstructured procurement data (RFQs, emails, quotes, contracts)
* Build data & system integrations (ERP, email, supplier systems)
* Help shape our architecture, reliability, and engineering best practices as we grow
* Collaborate directly with founders, PM, and customers to understand real procurement workflows and turn them into product.
Requirements
* Strong Python skills - clean, maintainable, well-tested code matters
* Professional experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript
* Experience in data engineering and backend architecture
* Comfortable building and scaling RESTful APIs
* Curiosity about how LLMs can be used in real-world settings
* A builder mindset - you like to ship, measure, and iterate rather than bikeshed
* Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you spot problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion without waiting for perfect specs
* 4+ years experience in relevant (Start-Up) roles
