Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the execution of power plant projects within the mechanical engineering team, including decarbonized and hybrid solutions, with responsibility for mechanical subsystems such as cranes, lifting equipment, and elevators
2. Analyze customer contracts and technical requirements, prepare specifications and tender documents, and ensure proper implementation throughout the project lifecycle
3. Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines ( steel structures, layout, electrical), align contractor activities with project and site requirements, and support overall project integration
4. Monitor and control contractors in terms of schedules, costs, and quality, including reviewing engineering, manufacturing, and quality documentation as well as participating in design reviews
5. Manage technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and support claim management and negotiations with suppliers and contractors
6. Support supplier qualification and development while ensuring proper reporting of engineering progress, deadlines, quality, and costs within the mechanical scope
Profile
7. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with experience in power generation or EPC projects and a good understanding of power plant components and CHP systems
8. Strong technical and analytical mindset combined with customer focus and the ability to deliver solutions within budget, quality, and time constraints
9. Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and working in international, cross-functional teams, along with a proactive and self-driven approach
10. Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals, including materials, welding, machining, and component design, as well as familiarity with relevant standards ( EN 81, EN 13001, EN 15011)
11. Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools ( AutoCAD, E3D) and excellent English communication skills
12. Willingness to travel internationally
