We're hiring Account Executives to support our continued expansion across the DACH region.

Our client is a high-performance consulting firm known for building elite commercial teams in technical and engineering-led markets.

The Role
As an AE, you will take full ownership of building and scaling your own vertical from the ground up.
You will:
* Own the full commercial lifecycle, from first contact through to repeat business
* Drive consistent, high-quality outbound activity with credibility and insight
* Partner closely with Strategists and Talent Partners to ensure exceptional delivery
* Act as a trusted advisor, using data and market intelligence to guide clients
* Identify and develop new revenue streams within existing accounts
What We're Looking For
* Fluent German (must-have)
* Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience or an aligned study.
* Ability to understand and articulate technical value propositions
* Comfortable selling to senior leadership and decision-makers
* Based in Berlin
What's On Offer
* Base salary: €45,000 – €60,000
* Uncapped commission (120K+OTE)
* 16% commission on all closed revenue
* Clear progression path from €500k to €1.5m+ annual revenue ownership
* Up to 200K Stock-Options in 3 years
* 30 days' holiday
