Our client is a leading agency for vacancies in the hospitality, tourism and aviation industries. The vacancy is for a major client from the logistics industry, currently building up two new logistics centre in Germany. Responsibilities Operational leadership of a logistics team to ensure efficient processes in sorting as well as inbound and outbound operations with the following core responsibilities: Leading and daily coordination of 20 50 employees Personnel and capacity planning including workstation assignments and attendance control Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements (e.g., safety standards, SOPs) Using Amazon system to control goods flow (e.g., sortation status, goods movements, wave planning) Creating and analyzing logistics KPIs for continuous optimization Onboarding new employees and conducting internal training Conducting regular team meetings and promoting team communication Requirements Commercial or logistics education with professional experience, or relevant professional experience, preferably in logistics Leadership experience and skills in personnel planning Very good knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office Strong team and communication skills High problem-solving ability, flexibility, and resilience Fluency in English, German language skill is not mandatory Willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays Offer Gross hourly wage of 17.14 EUR bonuses shift related extra pays 2-3 weeks paid training period Accommodation provided from 350 EUR / month Shuttle bus to and from work Bonuses: Net bonus of 250-400 EUR / month depending on night and Sunday shifts Health insurance (co-paid) Please keep in mind, in order to qualify for the position, the candidate has to be eligible to live and work within Germany or in EU in general.
