Product Leadership Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our market efforts for a high-performance material used in cutting-edge applications worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product strategies, including roadmaps, pricing, and marketing mixes.
* Manage product portfolios throughout their lifecycles, ensuring performance and continuous improvement.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
* Develop business cases and plans for new product ideas, driving innovation and growth.
* Lead product launches and support sales teams with training, technical advice, and marketing materials.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Masters degree in Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; PhD is a plus.
* Proven experience in product management, ideally in high-tech, materials or aerospace industries.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across global teams.
* Fluent in English; German and French language skills are an advantage.
