Specialist Warehouse (f/m/d)
To support our warehouse team we are searching for a Specialist (m/f/d) to be based in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WLL DO
1. Optimize Team Processes & Help Define Standards: you ensure smooth operations, improve workflows, and help create clear work instructions and quality standards.
2. Focus on Shipping & Warehouse Logistics: you monitor our warehouses, manage inventory, and ensure seamless procedures within the team.
3. Bridge Between Teams & IT: you work closely with departments like Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse, and handle ticket processing in Jira for logistics-related topics.
4. Stay on Top of live Operations, Solve Problems Early: you monitor live dashboards and our logistics cockpit, identify issues early, and take proactive measures.
5. Be Hands-on & Think Ahead: you actively contribute to projects, spot optimization opportunities, and support both daily operations and the future development of our logistics.
WHO YOU ARE
6. Solid professional experience in logistics or alternatively a completed apprenticeship or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics
7. Initial experience in team leadership is a plus
8. Experience in project work is an advantage
9. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
10. Assertive and communicative personality with diplomatic skills
11. Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong organizational abilities
12. Confident handling of tools such as Jira (ticket & task management), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
13. Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift) and on Saturdays
