What you'll do
* You contribute to the overall Operations strategy and service delivery approach in relation to people management in a deputy capacity & have technical responsibilities
* You'll work closely with other managers and departments, fostering collaboration and removing obstacles to achieving planned objectives
* As IT Service Owner (m/f/d) for Platforms and Applications Operations you ensure a stable and reliable environment
* Your role is to identify process needs and remedial actions to achieve business and performance targets and ensure the efficiency and control of components and processes affecting the core platforms of the Fulfilment division in terms of application management and operations (e.g. Order Management, CAIF, BRM)
* In addition to implementing CI/CD automation of the components, you'll be responsible for the architecture development, maintenance and application operations of the core fulfilment platforms as well as the execution and control of operational activities & reporting on operational performance according to the DevOps culture
* You'll be responsible for the security and recovery of our applications in compliance with SLA and customer satisfaction & create, maintain and revise policies and procedures to further improve the internal knowledge base
* You'll work closely with the business department and other IT teams and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to service level agreements
What you'll bring
* You've a degree in business informatics and at least 6-8 years of professional experience in large IT media and telecommunications companies
* Through your professional experience, you've gained experience in IT departments with a focus on CRM, functional and technical business processes and developments and have knowledge of the implementation and management of IT services
* Your knowledge of enterprise architecture, as well as your good architecture and component knowledge (full stack) set you apart from others
* You'd describe yourself as communicative, committed, responsible and your way of working as collaborative and results-orientated
* Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and an international team is a matter of course for you
* Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
