Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Apply your expert knowledge in the assembly, installation, and testing of Power Transformers and Reactors.
* Provide advanced technical support and supervision in line with international standards.
* Act as the primary on-site technical representative, leading end-to-end installation and testing processes.
* Coordinate with diverse installation/testing teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
* Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in challenging environments, while maintaining meticulous documentation and preparing comprehensive reports.
* Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines (EHS).
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Transformer Installation/Testing Supervisor, with a proven track record in high-voltage equipment. Certifications from a transformer manufacturer are a strong asset.
* Core Expertise: Expert-level knowledge in site assembly and testing for Power Transformers.
* Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure. A strong customer-focused approach and demonstrated intercultural experience are key.
* Mobility: Mobility and medical fitness for demanding on-site work.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English and a good to very good command of French.
