What can you expect?
* You provide technical support for customers and partners, including programming assistance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair, and commissioning
* You support national and international projects from installation to ramp-up
* You perform maintenance, installation, and servicing activities in Germany and occasionally across Europe
* You create and run offline simulations to support project planning and optimisation
* You conduct internal and external training sessions, prepare training materials and quick-start guides, and execute equipment testing and technical experiments to validate performance and applications
* You take responsibility for the technical design, setup, and maintenance of the Technical Centre, clarify technical topics, drive product improvements with our Japanese colleagues and the Product Manager, and share findings with subsidiaries

What should you bring along?
* You have completed education in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field (technician or any degree)
* You possess solid programming skills in robot controls and PLCs
* You have installation and project experience in setting up and commissioning robotics systems
* You have robotic simulation experience, which is advantageous
* You possess strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic knowledge
* You have a good command of German and English (spoken and written) and are willing to travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe, including overnight stays
