Your tasks You analyze and model complex business processes and requirements with the aim of introducing and further developing sustainable IT solutions for process optimization. You will independently collect and specify customer and departmental requirements with organization-wide relevance and provide support in modeling demanding specialist processes. In a predominantly responsible role, you will design highly complex IT solutions and ensure end-to-end mapping of requirements. You will derive viable organizational and technological solution concepts from functional requirements and evaluate new technologies together with IT development teams. In addition, you will develop, train, and communicate methods and tools for process analysis, documentation, and IT project management. You initiate, plan, and manage complex IT implementation projects, including procurement processes, service provider management, and target achievement in terms of time, budget, and quality. Your profile You have a degree in (business) information technology or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in requirements and process analysis, the specification of technical requirements, and the management of complex IT projects. You have extensive practical experience in managing external service providers and very good knowledge of current IT technologies and software solutions. Ideally, you are familiar with key statutory health insurance processes. You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a results-oriented approach, and a high degree of organizational skill. With strong communication skills, assertiveness, initiative, and creativity, you are able to navigate the tension between specialist departments and IT with confidence.
