To further strengthen our Cologne-based team, we are looking for an experienced, visionary, and sports-minded Head of Marketing (f/m/d) to lead our DACH and UK marketing strategy and take our brand presence to the next level.

Your Responsibilities
As a key leadership figure, you will oversee and drive our comprehensive marketing efforts in the DACH region and the UK, leading a high-performing team focused on growth, creativity, and data-driven results:
* Strategic ownership of brand management, positioning, and external communications for the DACH market and the UK
* Development, execution, and optimization of scalable, full-funnel marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth in both regions
* Leadership, coaching, and development of the German marketing team, including resource planning and performance management, and set-up of a UK marketing team
* Data-driven decision-making using marketing analytics, market research, and funnel insights to continuously optimize campaigns in both markets
* Full responsibility for the digital marketing stack:
o SEO & SEA (Google Ads, Performance Max, YouTube Ads)
o Social Media Marketing & Paid Campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
o Tracking & Analytics (GA4, Meta Events Manager, Conversion APIs)
* Budget ownership: planning, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI in both regions
* Management of content strategy and brand messaging, including editorial planning, storytelling, and copywriting in collaboration with the design and social media teams
* Development and expansion of our ambassador and influencer programs
* Collaboration with the international web team to drive website conversion optimization for the German and UK websites
* Representation of Keystone Sports at key industry events, showcases, and partner meetings
* Acquisition and management of media partnerships and strategic collaborations for lead generation
* Ongoing analysis and reporting of key marketing KPIs and deriving actionable strategic recommendations
* Responsibility for shaping and optimizing the customer journey from first touchpoint to long-term client engagement
Your Profile
* University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Sports Management (Master’s degree preferred)
* 4–5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, ideally with leadership responsibilities
* Proven expertise in:
o Lead generation & performance marketing
o SEO, SEA, and social media advertising
o Marketing automation & AI-powered marketing tools
o Funnel management & conversion optimization
* Strong digital skillset and confident use of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Microsoft 365, Canva, ManyChat, and more
* Experience in working with KPIs, data analysis, and marketing budget control
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* High level of initiative, team spirit, and a genuine passion for (college) sports
