Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and profitability through effective merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation.
* Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team by providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
* Analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
* Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee relations to maximize productivity and efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment, preferably with a strong track record of leadership and sales achievements.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
* Familiarity with technology, including point-of-sale systems, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
* Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move merchandise as needed.
