We are seeking a sales professional with expertise in managing and growing networks of distributors and commercial partners within the German market, focusing on Southern Germany.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales development (minimum 3 years), ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, assessing client needs, and offering tailored technical solutions.
* Negotiate effectively and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
* Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.
* Collaborate with technical and internal sales teams to successfully deliver projects.
Requirements:
* Native or near-native German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong command of English for working in an international context; French is an advantage.
* Comfortable with frequent travel.
* Technical aptitude – able to quickly understand complex products and present them clearly and persuasively.
* Self-driven, well-organised, results-oriented, and highly customer-focused.
* Proficient with digital tools (CRM, reporting, office suite) to effectively track sales activity.
* Full, clean driving licence (Category B) essential.
