Job OverviewThe Bars and Retail Operations Manager is responsible for every aspect of the retail store operations, ensuring a world-class guest experience.This role builds team capabilities to drive strategy and achieve key results for the business.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives.Build a strong and diverse team with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets.Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.Support ongoing learning and development of all store team members.Engage in career discussions to support and reinforce team understanding.Provide team member recognition and performance documentation.Collaborate with in-store team members to ensure optimal guest experience.Manage whole store profit and loss (P&L) in accordance with goals.Plan and execute quarterly and annual planning for store.RequirementsLeadership role directly responsible for all store employees.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.1 year people management experience.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent.2 years retail or sales specific management experience.
