What you do
* You define and implement the EMEA marketing plan aligned with global goals.
* You analyze market trends and competitive landscape for positioning.
* You set KPIs and OKRs for pipeline and brand visibility.
* You lead ABM programs for strategic accounts.
* You design personalized campaigns using data-driven insights.
* You prioritize according to EMEA account plans and regional pipeline targets.
* You operationalize signal-led outreach using intent data and account intelligence.
* You orchestrate multi channel programs mapped to accounts, stage and specific issues.
* You maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, including competitor product positioning, messaging differences, go-to-market motions and key strengths/weaknesses in our target accounts.
* You demonstrate contribution to pipeline and revenue, track Return on Investment (ROI) and report leadership.
What you bring
* You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, an MBA is a strong asset.
* You bring several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the software/SaaS sector.
* You have proven track record of executing multi-country marketing strategies across a region. European experience is a plus.
* You bring strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
* You have excellent communication and project management skills.
* You are fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
* Willingness to travel within Europe (20–30%).
