We are looking for a Software Coordinator (m/f/d) for our partner company as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for the internal operations control system. You will administer the system interface, be the central point of contact for questions and coordinate all important internal and external processes relating to the software.
For this role, it is important to understand how integrated control centers (ILS) work, which is why our partner is also open to a career changer with a high affinity for IT.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
6. Administration of the operations control system and coordination of the associated IT processes
7. Supporting the IT technology of the integrated control center
8. Central point of contact for the ISE COBRA 4 software for technical questions and technical faults
9. Responsibility for the following topics: Troubleshooting, service provider communication, data management, system updates and much more.
10. Cooperation with fire departments, rescue services and emergency services for the further technical development of the various IT systems
Your profile
11. Experience in a position as a member of the fire department, rescue service or in a comparable role with an aid organization
12. Knowledge of the processes of an integrated control center (ILS) and knowledge of software in this area (e.g. ISE COBRA 4) is also desirable
13. High IT affinity and interest in familiarizing yourself with the IT of an ILS
14. Analytical and structured way of working
15. Very good written and spoken German
