We are currently looking for: Office Manager (all genders), in Berlin.
What you do with us
Admin & HR topics
You keep an eye on contracts and personnel notifications and reliably take care of vacation and sick leave notifications. You take a structured approach to employment law tasks - and employees with administrative issues feel they are in good hands with you.
On-& offboarding
From the first hello to the last goodbye: you make sure that new colleagues feel immediately welcome and receive all the important information. You ensure that goodbyes are as respectful as they are warm.
Recruiting
You manage our application flow conscientiously, keep an eye on applications and ensure that candidates feel seen and well looked after at every step.
Office organization, office care
You create an atmosphere in which people enjoy working - and ensure that our office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This includes inventory management, travel planning, tidy rooms, well-organized meetings and a sympathetic ear for anything that comes up in between. Whether it's answering the phone, opening the door, taking away a computer or tidying up: these little to-dos are a matter of course for you because you know how much they contribute to the feel-good factor in the team.

You bring our internal events and rituals to life - from the loving preparation to the smooth implementation. You create moments that strengthen our togetherness and remain in our memories.
