4. analyse deviations using structured root-cause methods and follow through on defined actions
5. ensure compliance with the product development process (PEP) and all relevant quality requirements

6. hold a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study (Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor appreciated)
7. apply solid knowledge of quality methods such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP and SPC
8. handle production and project management processes with confidence
9. assess supplier processes as well as component and tolerance requirements according to relevant standards and OEM specifications
10. communicate confidently in English
