Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic supplier development: Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with contract manufacturersSupplier strategy & portfolio management: Defining product group strategies, selecting new partners, and optimizing existing relationshipsIntegration of new products: Ensuring the smooth integration of new products into the supply chainPerformance management: Developing and implementing KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement programsContract & risk management: Negotiating framework agreements, ensuring compliance, and minimizing riskCross-functional collaboration: Close coordination with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
Your QualificationsMaster / Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineer or supply chain managementStrong Supply chain and supplier management skills, preferred in electronic and mechanical assembliesSeveral years of experience in strategic supplier management, ideally with contract manufacturersHigh level of negotiations skills, able to drive to win-win solutionsDeep understanding of global supply chains, procurement and commodity strategies, and regulatory requirementsAnalytical thinking, pragmatism, and the ability to clearly structure complex relationshipsSuperior communication skills (cross-functional, supply chain, cross-cultural) across hierarchy levels, fluent English & German language skills (verbal & written)Strong self-management, sets proper priorities, able to coordinate and influence x-functional teamsProactive working style and ability to work on multiple tasks in cross functional teams
