YOUR JOB
10. Management, monitoring and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and storage systems (data center)
11. Ensuring the security and integrity of all IT systems through regular security audits, updates, and patching.
12. Troubleshooting and support for complex technical problems that are escalated by other IT staff (3rd level support)
13. Creation and maintenance of documentation on system architectures, processes and configurations
14. Collaboration with external service providers and suppliers for the procurement and management of IT resources
15. Mentoring and training of junior system administrators and IT support staff
YOUR PROFILE
16. You have completed vocational training as an IT systems electronics technician or a comparable degree, as well as at least 4 years of relevant professional experience – e.g., as a Linux administrator, systems engineer, or site reliability engineer (SRE).
17. You have negotiation-level German and/or English skills – you are fluent in at least one of these languages, both spoken and written.
18. You are reliable, highly motivated, and enjoy working in a team.
19. Willingness to travel is a plus, but not a requirement.
