As a key player in our organization's IT strategy, you will be responsible for managing and evolving the IT service portfolio to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency in delivering IT services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic leadership of the IT service portfolio to drive business value and growth
* Ensuring consistency and transparency across current, future, and end-of-life IT services
* Defining and governing service design principles, structures, and documentation standards to enhance quality and reliability
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including financial management, IT controlling, demand management, service implementation, and operations to achieve shared goals
* Supporting budgeting and cost allocation models to optimize resource utilization
* Providing regular IT service portfolio reporting and risk management to inform strategic decisions
* Driving IT service maturity across the organization through process improvements and best practices
* Engaging with service owners, catalogue managers, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Several years of experience in IT service management, application lifecycle management, or portfolio management, with a proven track record of success
* University degree in business informatics or a comparable field, with a strong foundation in analytical skills and problem-solving
* Practical experience in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT, with certification in ITIL Foundation (or higher) ideally complemented by COBIT certification
* Exceptional conceptual thinking, communication abilities, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
