Your seat to fill:
* Develop and implement innovative retail design concepts aligned with the Cybex brand.
* Manage retail architecture projects from initial concept through to final execution.
* Oversee detailed planning, coordination with contractors, and quality control.
* Focus on flagship store projects and new retail openings, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
* Operate effectively under close supervision and micromanagement, providing regular updates and adapting to feedback.
* Handle all aspects of project management, including those that may be less desirable or routine.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and construction to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
* Manage workload under high pressure and extended working hours as necessary.
Your stroll to CYBEX:
* Proven experience managing retail architecture projects from concept to completion, minimum 7 years of experience.
* Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Ability to hold team members and vendors accountable while maintaining professionalism.
* Comfortable working under detailed oversight and frequent review.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to engage in all phases of the project, including less glamorous tasks.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage extended hours.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with flagship store design and retail rollout preferred.
