Position: Senior Travel Agent
Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid work model with one day per week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality travel support via chat, phone, and email channels.
* Keep up to date with travel suppliers, destinations, and internal platforms to deliver precise assistance.
* Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences promptly to suggest appropriate travel solutions.
* Accurately handle bookings for hotels, flights, car rentals, and train journeys.
* Guide customers on using self-service options within the Navan system and its mobile application.
* Ensure responses meet agreed service level standards in a timely manner.
* Comply with company procedures and client-specific policies, respecting global regulations.
* Report relevant feedback and insights to internal teams to aid in performance tracking and process refinement.
* Participate actively in team meetings covering products, travel partners, and industry developments.
* Stay informed about latest travel industry standards and best practices.
* Maintain consistent attendance, complete required training, and meet performance goals.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Native or fluent German speaker, both written and spoken; proficient English (minimum B2 level).
* Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably in travel and hotel sectors.
* At least one year of hands-on experience with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is required.
* Results-oriented with a strong focus on performance metrics.
* Excellent communication skills for personalized verbal and written interactions.
* A cooperative team player who values collaboration and constructive feedback.
* Comfortable with digital tools including Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and proprietary travel service platforms.
* Able to commit to the first 10 weeks of employment without taking leave (except weekends).
* Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
