You’ll also maintain employee documentation with care and precision.Payroll coordination (Germany + France): You’ll prepare and coordinate payroll for Germany and France in close collaboration with external providers, ensuring deadlines are met, data is correct, and processes are reliable. When something needs deeper expertise, you’ll collaborate with external experts or providers.Recruiting & candidate experience: You’ll lead recruiting processes and applicant management in an international environment, working closely with hiring managers to keep hiring structured and human.Build and improve HR processes: You’ll identify gaps, reduce friction, and improve workflows across our locations.
